Refund policy
Return Policy:
- Returns can be initiated for any reason within 14 days after receipt of your order.
- There is no restocking fee.
- Customer is responsible for return postage.
- Returns must be mailed back within 14 days of receipt by the customer. Returned packages mailed after this date will be refused and returned to sender unopened.
- Clearance items are not returnable.
- Returns must be received in new and odor free condition in the original packaging. Any loss in value will be the responsibility of the customer.
- If your return is lost or damaged in transit, we are not responsible. Please consider adding additional insurance to your packages if the priority mail fee does not cover the value of the items you are returning. Priority mail has $100 of insurance included. First class mail postage does not include any insurance.
- Refunds are processed 24-48 hours after they are received.
- Outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. I charge exact shipping and forward the shipping cost on to the carrier when I purchase the label. I no longer have access to those funds in order to refund them to you. UPS, FedEx, and USPS do not offer refunds if the package is delivered.
- To initiate a return, email jennifer@sewbaditsgood.com. Approval is required before returning your items. We will verify that all of your items are eligible for return before you mail them back to avoid any disappointment. Forced returns are not accepted and will be returned to sender unopened.
Damaged Goods: ..
If your items are damaged upon arrival, please email jennifer@sewbaditsgood.com with 1-2 photos of the damaged good and 1-2 of the packaging. We will need photos of the packaging to submit an insurance claim with the carrier. A new order will be re-shipped out to you right away if photos are provided and we can verify the damage. If the same item is no longer available in stock, you may select an alternate item or a refund will be issued.
